About David Fleming
Having retired from the practice of law, I’m actively engaged in a range of executive performance coaching, business consulting, and commercial projects.
​
I offer a breadth of legal and commercial acumen, creative thinking, and pragmatic problem-solving and solutions to business, commercial (and personal!) challenges based on over 30 years international experience across a range of industries.
​
My non-executive director experience includes particular focus on commercial agreements, corporate governance, strategy formulation and implementation, management structures, and crisis management.
​
Hearing from my coaching clients as they earn that promotion, find their way through a tough situation, and achieve their career goals, is part of what gets me up in the morning.
​
I am also very fortunate that my working lifestyle lets me pursue multiple interests and projects. I advise and consult with medium and large corporations, invest in interesting and promising ventures, and undertake voluntary positions at my daughters’ school.
​
I also believe in contributing to good citizenship wherever I can which is why our family supports certain charitable giving initiatives, as our resources allow.

My wife and three daughters are the magnetic north around which I base my life.
We love to try new restaurants, travel — particularly to places where the girls haven’t previously been — go skiing, enjoy the ocean, and just hanging out at Yallingup in WA’s glorious South West region, whenever we can.

I love being outside in nature, be it the ocean or the bush. Total off-grid camping is one of my many ideas of a very good time.
